Shiner & Celebrations!!!!

Carter got his first shiner/black eye :-/

I can't seem to get the picture to do justice, but it'll have to do...it really looked bad but it's getting better. He had a run in with the corner of a wall on Wednesday. I sure hope it goes away by next weekend b/c we have Christmas pictures.

Monday night, Jason carved us a pumpkin! Carter was in trouble so he didn't get to help but don't worry, we have one more that we need to do and plan on letting him join in on the fun this time...it was a little lesson we needed to teach him. It's tough, but we know we've got to do it.


My sister Kathy and David picked a date to get married....December 22, 2007!!!! So this was just decided on in the last few days but let me tell you, this girl is on the ball and already scratching things off the list!! We had so much fun Tuesday night with her as we went Wedding Dress shopping!! Not sure if you call what we did shopping b/c she walked right into David's Bridal and told them which one she wanted to try on. She tried it on and that was it...she looked AMAZING in it!!! She also got the flower girls dresses picked out too! Not done yet...we went before the appointment to JCPenney to look at Bridesmaid dresses and actually found and got some, and we saved $20 on them, which made them even better!!! She going to have a Christmas wedding for sure, so you'll be seeing RED!!!!

Last night, we went to Trunk or Treat at Gateway! Carter was a Red Power Ranger!! He had so much fun going to the trunks and telling the people "Trick or Treat". It definitely was different getting him ready for it this year than last year...he was willing to put the costume on...but I guess so, since he picked it out this year!!!


We plan to go to our church's Family Fall Festival on Halloween...this boy will have so much fun and walk away with TOO MUCH CANDY!!

Today is going to be a day filled with BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS!! Therefore, before we left to PARTY...I took Carter to get his haircut. Then we hurried home to give him a bath and off we go to Dylan's 1st Birthday at noon...Happy 1st Birthday Dylan!!

Next, we'll go to Evan's 2nd Birthday at 4, which will be held at a park...Thank You GOD for the beautiful weather today!!! Happy 2nd Birthday Evan!!

Last but not least, Jason and I are going to do something that we've never done before...dress up and go to a Halloween Party!!! Our great friend Dixie is turning 30 on Halloween, so she is having a BOOthday Party tonight!! Happy 30th Birthday Dixie!! Don't worry, Carter will be in good hands with his Mawmaw (and Mancho)!

Tomorrow, we'll go to church and then we need to find Jason something to wear in our Christmas pictures next weekend and get Carter some black dress shoes, then maybe we'll get to relax the rest of the day before it's time for another week of work!!
